When we got married we expanded on his collection, adding the larger pieces. This bowl is so practical. For roasting veg I can pull this out of the oven and put it right down on the dinner table. I have also cooked smaller meat joints, fish and even shepherds pie in it! The best part about this dish is that it can hold up to six servings of veg in it. We have other oven to table dishes but this one is much lighter and the handles make it easier to hold. For some reason it's also easier to clean. I guess it is something to do with the glaze.
